This unique food and wine experience combines the four global wine regions that have inspired Amador’s award-winning wines – France’s Rhône Valley, Italy, the Iberian peninsula, and Heritage California – with open-fire-roasted cuisine from top local chefs. Amador Four Fires brings revelers together at the outdoor Amador County Fairgrounds & Event Center in a spacious park-like setting with an authentic Gold Rush era backdrop.

Tickets include unlimited access to 100+ premier wines, vouchers to taste open flame cuisine from local chefs, educational presentations, live regional music, silent auction, and much more. Available for purchase include Amador Brewing Company locally crafted beers, wine slushies, wines by the glass, wine bottle/case specials, and crafts from local artisans. The event will take place from 11am to 4pm, and Premier ticket holders receive early access to the event beginning at 10am along with exclusive access to the ‘UnWINE’d’ Lounge.
Discover the rising stars in the wine world: Zinfandel, Syrah, Grenache, Tempranillo, Sangiovese, and Barbera – all gaining popularity because of their food friendliness, vibrant complexity, and excellent balance. Amador County vintners have over 100 years of experience cultivating these grapes in our prime terroirs with the oldest vines, which makes this event a benchmark for showcasing the heights these varieties can achieve.
