Welcome to the 7th annual Amador Four Fires Festival, a unique wine, and culinary experience, featuring Amador Wine Country’s finest at the beautiful Amador County Fair Grounds!
Celebrating four iconic wine regions that inspire the award-winning winemaking of Amador Wine Country, local wineries will pair their wines with international traditions of open-flame cuisine. The expansive and historic Amador County Fairgrounds will feature wines representing an iconic wine region: South of France (Rhône), Italy, Spain/Portugal (Iberia), and “Heritage California” (claiming Zinfandel and Mission). The event will pay homage to the regions with chefs preparing open-fire locavore dishes, musicians playing regional melodies and tasting of more than 200 award-winning wines.
