More Than Wine: Celebrating Life’s Moments at Iron Hub

For Iron Hub team member Elise, one of the most meaningful parts of working at the winery is the lasting relationships she has formed with our Inner Circle members.

After nearly seven years at Iron Hub, Elise has had the privilege of getting to know many members beyond their visits to the tasting room. Over time, she has watched their lives unfold—one visit and one milestone at a time.

“There’s a couple who came here when they were on one of their first dates,” Elise shares. “Then I watched them get a dog together, get engaged, get married, and now they have a baby on the way.”

These relationships are part of what makes Iron Hub so special. Our members come to enjoy the wine, vineyard views, and welcoming atmosphere, but over the years, the winery also becomes part of their lives. It’s where they celebrate engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, new family members, and countless afternoons spent together over a favorite bottle.

For Elise, being invited to share in those moments is something she never takes for granted.

“They get to enjoy all of those moments in their lives here, but they also let you be a part of them,” she says. “I think that’s really special.”

At Iron Hub, wine brings people together—but friendships, stories, and shared experiences turn visits into traditions. We feel incredibly fortunate to watch our members’ lives evolve and to provide a place where so many meaningful memories are made.
