Out in the vineyard, Spencer Jones carefully tends the vines as vineyard manager, guiding each season from bud break to harvest. But his role doesn’t stop there. Inside the cellar, he works side by side with his father, Tom Jones—Iron Hub’s founding winemaker and master distiller—to craft each wine and spirit with precision and care.
And behind it all is Beth, whose vision and dedication bring Iron Hub to life. From the earliest days to the experience guests enjoy today, she’s been instrumental in building the place where so many people now gather.
This close-knit, hands-on approach is what makes Iron Hub truly special. Every step—from growing the grapes to fermenting, aging, and bottling—happens right here on our estate.
